About
Deadbeat Daycare is an indie pop-punk rock band based in Chicago, Illinois. Deadbeat Daycare consists of 4 members who primarily focus on writing music and performing their original songs.
The members, Joaquin Braganza, Bobby Baldwin, and Ethan Nelson, started writing music in 2020 and released their debut single "Shut Me Up".
Over the next two years, the 3 band members wrote more music and released the 2022 EP "The Amateur Hour". The album drew inspiration from other bands such as The Wrecks, Green Day, and Weezer putting their own twist and sound to their songs.
In 2023 Deadbeat Daycare welcomed a new member Dan Wright on bass. Now a 4 piece band they were more capable of playing live shows and writing even more music.
On December 1st of 2023, Deadbeat Daycare released their second single "Red Dress".
